The Asian Martial Arts are perhaps the most effective methods ever developed for integrating the Body, Mind, and Spirit. Almost 2,000 years of development has produced systems that hone one's mind, and body and connect us with our spirit more strongly than anything else.
Dr. Cage has been involved with the martial arts for more than 36 years. His two primary arts are Okinawan karate, a supreme self-defense system, and Chinese Qigong, for developing the energetic side of our nature.
